Global pop-rock band Royal Pirates are dreamers who have made their official debut.
Royal Pirates made their first broadcast appearance this past Sunday on SBS Inkigayo, performing their debut song “Shout Out.” On the 26th, through various music portals the single was released.
Royal Pirates have been acknowledged by “Song King” Cho Yongpil as Super Rookie, a talented newcomer band. The three member boy band consists of guitarist and vocalist Moon, bassist James, and drummer Sooyoon. In 2008 they performed in clubs in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.
Royal Pirates’ debut single “Shout Out” has been recorded into two versions.
The first track “Shout Out” is in the modern rock genre- Royal Pirates and Producer Kim Taesung collaborated to create lyrics, composition, and arrangement. With a refined guitar tone reminiscent of heavy metal, you can feel a trendy well-polished sound.
The second track “Shout Out (Synth Rock Version)” has been released as the title song, and came to be with the help of Black Syndrome’s former vocal Cho Bumjoon. It is characterized by the electronic synthesizer sound and its energetic composition.
Apple of the Eye reveals their expectations, stating, “The name Royal Pirates reflects upon how the members want themselves and their music to be perceived. A genre that represents what some feel at sea- limitless, freely crossing boundaries with their unique color and unconventional style of music with no regrets.”
Royal Pirates will unfold with their live performances of new song “Shout Out”.
